Cancellation Policy
The following charges will apply upon the cancellation of an appointment. Cancellation or no show on day of appointment, full payment will be required. Cancellation within 24 hrs of the appointment 50% of the treatment. Cancellation within 48 hrs of the appointment a £10 charge will apply. In the instance of lateness for an appointment, I offer a 15 minute grace period. To be fair to the next client, this will reduce the treatment time being given.
